We do not have formal visiting hours but we do ask that visitors be courteous of others, especially during the evening and if a resident is in a double room.
These meal times represent the general time that meals are served. We have flexible meal times throughout the day so that your preferences can be met.

Beauty Shop Details
The Beauty Service is open Wednesday through Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm. We have two, on-site beauty parlors to serve our residents.
Resident Council is a meeting held once a month and is an opportunity for the residents and their invited guests to exchange ideas and voice concerns.
Any resident may be voted president by the common consent of the residents in the council. Any resident may ask to be considered for the president position and the common voice of the group will dictate who will hold that office for a period of time.
Family Council meetings are coordinated quaterly by the Social Services Department. This is an opportunity for friends and family of our longer-term residents to meet with various members of the staff. Discussions are held regarding accomplishments and opportunities/goals for improving the overall quality of life for residents.

How much therapy will I receive?
Our therapists tailor each rehabilitation program to each patient’s unique needs. Therapy is offered seven days per week. The number of days you receive therapy will be based upon your individualized plan of care.
What are the staff to patient ratios?
Bethel Health Care has one of the highest staffing ratios in the State. Staff is assigned based upon the complexity of care and the individual needs of the patients.
What is the food like?
Our Director of Dietary Services is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Under her direction, food is prepared to meet both your nutritional and sensory needs. Fresh produce and herbs from our gardens help to make a dining experience that will exceed your expectations.
When will meals be served?
Breakfast is served between 7:30am – 8:30am. Lunch is served between 11:30am – 1:30pm. Dinner is served between 5:00pm – 8:00pm.
Can my family and friends visit?
There are no formal visiting hours. In semi-private accommodations, we ask that families and friends, visiting during evening hours, be considerate of the patient sharing the room.
Is it alright to bring in our cat or dog to visit?
Yes, Bethel Health Care Center is a pet friendly facility. Unfortunately, the pet cannot stay with the resident, but can certainly be brought in for a visit. We ask that all pets be kept on a leash while in the facility.
Will I have phone and cable service?
Both phone and basic cable service is available for a minimal daily fee.
Can I bring my cell phone?
Because of the building’s steel construction, cell coverage is spotty and may be limited to areas close to outside windows.
Is there Internet access?
Wireless Internet is available throughout the building.
